Selection Procedure
We are going for a transparent process to select best possible team for our institution. This is purely in the interest of our students. We want them to get best guidance in India.
There will be a Three Step process to select members to our team:
Step I
You need to fill an application (see below) to give us basic idea about yourself. Please note that if you have NOT given UPSC civil services interview at least one time, you are NOT eligible to apply. Also, once selected, you can NOT give any exam be it civil services or other exams during the contract period.
Step II
Based on Step I, we will shortlist applications, we will give you a call and learn more about you. If we are satisfied with your answers, we will move to Step III.
Step III
Once satisfied with telephonic conversation with you, we will invite you to Bangalore to give demo classes (if applying for teaching job) or to undergo written tests (if applying for content job).
For those who are interested in teaching, apart from demo class, there will be a written test as well to test your writing skills.
Finally, based on all Three Steps, we will finally select the best team and train them if we find it’s necessary.
