Q4 ( Regarding the WTO General Council and WTO Ministerial Conference: According the WTO website, “The topmost decision-making body of the WTO is the Ministerial Conference, which usually meets every two years…” and “The Ministerial Conference is the topmost body of the WTO under the governance structure set up by the “Agreement establishing the WTO”. On the other hand, “The General Council is the WTO’s highest-level decision-making body in Geneva, meeting regularly to carry out the functions of the WTO.” We should have included the words “in Geneva” in the first statement.
