Are NGOs in India Unfairly Targeted Under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, (FCRA)?
Is government unfairly targeting few NGOs under FCRA act because they are acting against the interest of ruling party? Or because they are hindering ‘development agenda’ of party in power? Should NGOs be barred from receiving foreign funds? If yes, why? Doesn’t this rule apply for political parties?
