Is Capital Punishment Unethical and Inhuman? Should it be Abolished?
If a state kills a criminal by hanging, it is legal. If an unruly mob does the same, it’s murder. Does both courts and states have moral right to kill a criminal irrespective of the degree of crime he/she has committed? Is legal system infallible? Isn’t life imprisonment without parole the best alternative to capital punishment? Who gains what by hanging criminals to death? Does death penalty deter criminals from committing ghastly crimes?
