1) Recently it was proposed to create Special Entertainment Zones (SEZ) in Mumbai where designated night zones (open 24 x 7) will be created and allow people to entertain themselves securely. Do you find this proposal socially, culturally and economically good for cities such as Mumbai, Kolkatta, Delhi and other metros? Can this idea be extended to tier-2 cities? Critically comment.
