There is no chance, no destiny, no fate, that can hinder or control the firm resolve of a determined soul.
-Ella Wheeler Wilcox
What are the factors that hold you back in this examination? What do you think holds you back, what pushes you ahead? What are the things that increase your chances, what are the ones that reduce them? How effective are these thoughts, how much time do you spend on them? Do you find it constructive – the way that the thoughts lead you? I guess I can keep going on with the questions and I am sure I can also get varied answers for the same. And as for the question as to why I am asking so many, I guess I am doing it to plant a seed of thought.
I am sure there are things, there will be things which keep distracting us. For a process so long, the challenges are many, many which can distract you, many which can elevate you, many which can even mortify you. But those are the challenges. They are always going to be there no matter what you do. The question is what you do about it. The moment you allow it to distract you, that means you are spending that much time away from what you really mean to do! It may feel extremely relevant at that point of time but in retrospect we all have realized how relevant they are. I do understand the rationale to be pointing fingers at things, I do understand the difficulty in them as well. But I don’t understand why we let ourselves being bogged down by them. I believe the exam is about one thing – Your unquestionable belief in yourself, the more you have that, the better are your chances…
There is always someone to tell you that you are wrong!
