I guess it will be an overused phrase now if I talk about the competition and how tough it is and how many people are competing for it. But let’s talk about it anyway! You are definitely up against the toughest competitors out there, it is an examination where the conversion ratio is small, it is a place where competition is tight, it is cut throat, it looks as if there are people who are willing to do everything in their power to get there. Well that’s the beauty of it isn’t it? You don’t want to win a match by playing with a 9 year old! You want to win it by playing with the veterans, the best of the best!
At one end, I agree the competition might overwhelm you, make you feel that you are not up to it. Well in that case, buck up, get up there, improve your attributes, DO IT! No one promised you a job on the silver platter, it was going to be tough, you knew it, I knew it, our parents and friends knew it. It will be tight, it will seem hard and that is the way it is supposed to be. If you want something out of the ordinary, if you want to be the best – then beat the best! Compete with them – not against them, work with them, pull yourself up, dust yourself off, RISE UP! This is not the time and place for your to question the possibilities, it is time for you to make it happen and shape you into that amazing person you are going to be!
