A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new
– Einstein
Well, lets ask ourselves, what are the mistakes we have done in the process so far? Is it the wrong selection of a training institute or a book to read, the peer group, friends, family support, relatives, underrating time… I am sure there shall be a lot of traps we can fall into here. I also agree that there are a lot of pitfalls and a lot of places where things can go wrong.
And it is impossible not to do any mistake at all, cos till we do it, it is very hard to identify that it is a mistake in the first place. But lets look at it a little differently, it is a given that when it comes to a process so long with so many traps in place, mistakes are bound to happen. What is the best way to avoid it then? Well the simplest answer being – DON’T TRY! But we all know that’s not gonna happen. But look at this way, if the happening of mistakes is a certainty, there sure is a purpose behind it. Without doubt, it is to put you on the right track of the journey so that you can win. But something you can do a little smart here – Try and make those mistakes as soon as possible, there is no point in shying away from mistakes. They are inevitable, the smartness although is certainly in avoiding them, a smarter thing is that you don’t have to wait till the exam to realize the mistakes. The preparation ground is your training phase. Make as many mistakes as possible right away so that you don’t have many for the main exam. Get there faster and more efficiently and you certainly will have an upper hand!
